What is the
Old Mission Methodist Foundation?
The Old Mission Methodist Foundation was established as a not for profit corporation in 1960 to provide a permanent endowment fund for “general charitable and eleemosynary purposes”. (The definition of eleemosynary is “related to or supported by charity”.) One of the objectives of the Foundation is “-the giving of assistance and the promotion of the education of youth-“. The Foundation has provided modest college scholarships to students from Old Mission. Scholarships are to be used for tuition, books, and /or supplies. If academic and performance standards are met, scholarships can be renewed for up to eight semesters.
The Foundation also aids in the programs and activities of the church and has designated certain funds for youth activities, Bell Choir activities, promotion of the arts, Kemp Fund scholarships and building and grounds.
Gifts and bequests from concerned, caring donors have allowed the fund to grow. The Foundation solicits your gift to help continue its charitable programs. Information regarding bequests, annuities, and gifting options are available through the Foundation.
You may also become a member of the Foundation. Memberships are available at the following levels:
Life $1000 Single Payment

Gifts and memberships are tax deductible.
