Once I obtain a scholarship, do I have to renew each semester?
Yes, you or your school needs to send an electronic transcript and you need to send a completed renewal form with essay to the Foundation at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the January 1 or July 1 deadline depending on the semester.
What happens if I submit my transcript after the deadline?
Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. If renewal deadline is missed, student may apply for renewal the following semester per usual procedures.
What if I have don’t make my grades and my GPA falls below the 2.75 or I don’t have enough hours?
Scholarships are renewable for up to eight semesters. You may apply for renewal the following semester once the threshold for hours and GPA has been met.
What do I do if I change my mailing address or email address?
Contact the Foundation as soon as possible at email@example.com Do not contact the church office.
If my grades were sent to the Foundation and I sent my renewal form with essay and I don’t receive my scholarship check what do I do?
